Obituary

William “Bill” Clyde Snow of San Antonio, TX passed away in peace at his home on July 28, 2022. He was 93. He was born in Brewster, KS on October 31, 1928.

Bill worked predominately in the construction industry. Much of his career was spent as a master carpenter. He also spent years at Textruss, Inc of Austin as President, owner and board member.

 

He was actively involved as a deacon at Hillcrest Baptist Church, Austin, for many years. Bill was also instrumental in supporting the formative years of the Austin Softball Association. He had a passion for softball and hunting, which he shared with his sons.

He was preceded in death by his parents Oleta June Dillinger and Walter Raymond Snow, his son David Leroy Snow, his siblings Don Dean Snow, Lee Walter Snow, Leo Raymond Snow, Phyliss June Plummer and first wife Lorene Kruckmeyer Snow.

 

He is survived by his wife Marjorie Spaulding Snow, sons Troy William Snow and William Dant Snow, brother Virgil Leroy Snow and grandchildren Kati Michelle Kietzke, Kyle David Snow, Cody Lawrence Snow, Christi Vail Best, Candice Renee Snow, and Summer Adelita Snow and 6 precious great grandchildren.

 

The family would like to thank Trinity Hospice for the care and compassion they showed our loved one in his final days. All of their staff was incredibly dedicated and so very kind.

 

Family and friends are invited to attend a Remembrance Service, officiated by his grandson Cody Snow, at Eternal Faith Baptist Church, 12720 FM973, Manor, TX 78653, on Sunday August 7th at 3:00pm. Family and friends are encouraged to stay and share memories immediately after the service.

 

In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation in Bill’s honor to Eternal Faith Baptist Church Youth.
